Beneath the façade of youthful bliss depicted through the photos, the book addresses the covert and perplexing tribulations of friendships—feelings of abandonment, navigating self-worth, and the difficulty of processing and overcoming such experiences. Photos were taken throughout the artist’s studies from 2013 to 2016, mainly in Montreal.
